Leadman Signs Significant Daily Business Contract With Sinopharm-DF

Leadman signs significant daily business contract”Purchasing, distributition and supply chain service agreement” with Sinopharm-DF,which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd.
The agreement points out that Sinopharm-DF purchases given products from Leadman, and it can offer the distribution and supply chain service with the range that Leadman authorized. Leadman takes charge of promotion, sales channel management, price control and the related after-sale service.
The term of cooperation starts from the first purchase of Sinopharm-DF with Leadman, and the agreement lasts for three years.
