13^th June 2013, Life Sciences School of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Microbiology Chinese Academy of Sciences coordinated with organizations to set up bioengineering postgraduates practice base. President Guangqian Shen, vice-president Yixing Wang and HR director Kun zhang attended the seminar about this cooperation and the signing ceremony.
 
During the signing ceremony, as the representative of Beijing Leadman Biochemistry Co. Ltd., President Guangqian Shen did a speech to congratulate the cooperation between University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Leadman. He mentioned in the speech that to cooperate with school is a way of cultivating talents and it offers a way to inspire knowledge innovative which is one of the key steps of research transformation. Leadman needs talents and expects to get involved in cultivating talents, to offer the talents a platform to explore their future.
 
Leadman puts great emphasis on the introduction and cultivation of talents, it dedicated to education, and sat up student scholarship program in a number of schools, it was once won the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Award. Through the establishment of the postgraduate practice base, hope it can enhance the communication and cooperation between Leadman and University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and to provide more employment and training opportunities and better conditions for the biological students thus to promote the industrial development of biotechnology in China.
